Our clients based at Wakefield require an experienced customer service executive.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Customer Services Manager you will offer our customers the highest levels of customer service at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES ·
Responsible to answer all forms of queries relating to online ordering via the phone, email and Live Chat
This may include issues relating to deliveries, products, quality, advice, payments and the like.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints.
· Liaise with couriers regarding deliveries.
· Ensure internal systems are updated with the relevant information.
· Process some orders over the phone.
· Follow up soft leads ensuring customers are in receipt of their Samples.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE · Previous experience in Telephone Based Customer Service is essential.
· You must have previous experience with telephone handling and previous experience with replying to emails is most desirable.
· Excellent organisational skills are required.
· The ability to multi task and trouble shoot is a must.
· You will be energetic, ambitious, have a good work ethic and always be prepared to go the extra mile.
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
. Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours of work:Monday to Friday 07.00 - 15.00 or 08.00 - 16.00
Salary: 15,000
