A vacancy has arisen for a Rental Support Agent within a leading provider of corporate vehicle rentals in the UK.
The principle purpose of the Rental Support Agent role is to liaise with customers and suppliers by a number of methods (telephone, fax live chat and email) top provide timely vehicle-rental solutions, effectively meeting the needs of the customer or company.
The role of the Rental Support Agent involves:
Ensure customer calls are dealt with efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service
Quickly build rapport with all new and existing customers/suppliers to retain effective relationships
Complete all related administration duties
Processing customers’ rental agreements
Support and assist colleagues
Liaise and negotiate with external suppliers when necessary
