We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an aspiring company based in Featherstone. This is an ideal role for a Sales Administrator who is highly organised and conscientious.
The role of the Sales Administrator involves :
Overall day to day running of the commercial department
Dealing with customers queries over the telephone with accurate manner
To ensure that all documentation and records are completed on time
Complete all Pre –Qualification questionnaires
Admin Duties, including, producing of documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
The Sales Administrator position will suit a person with skills:
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Software package and Sage
Sales or customer service experience
Able to work in a team
Hours of work are 8.30am-5 pm Monday to Friday
Salary is dependent on experience
