We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join an aspiring company based in Featherstone. This is an ideal role for an Office Administrator who is highly organised and conscientious.
The role of the Office Administrator involves :
Answering and directing all calls into the business with accurate and polite manner
Welcoming visitors, preparing meetings, arranging refreshments
Dealing with correspondence, sending and recording all on daily basis
General admin duties, including, producing documents using Microsoft office packages
The Office Administrator position will suit a person with :
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent IT skills
Experience with customer service
Hours of work are 8.30am-5 pm Monday to Friday
Salary is dependent on experience
