We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an aspiring and professional catering company based in Pudsey. This is an ideal role for a Sales Administrator who is highly organised and conscientious.
The role of the Sales Administrator involves:
Overall day to day processing of sales orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
Dealing with customer queries over the telephone.
To ensure that all documentation and records are completed and effected in a timely and accurate manner.
Proactive telesales.
The Sales Administrator position will suit a person with Skills:
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Able to work on own initiative.
Sales or customer service experience.
Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4pm on Friday
Salary is dependent on experience
